Hi,

I just installed the test1 kernel. Most works just fine but there are still some issues I cannot resolve. I tried the search but there doesn't seem to be much talk about it yet. How about a Thread where people can post their experiences and ask questions?

Anyways, I'll just ask mine.

As said, most everything works well except that as soon as there is much disk activity, X slows down to a halt. Apps stop responding and after several seconds they finally start doing something again. Any ideas what might be the cause for that? There really really has to be much disk activity for that to happen. I copied 4.3Gig from the filesystem to a loopmounted udf image from one physical disk to another.
