As the title says, when I compile gnuplot from portage, I do not get aqua support. However, aqua is installed and "configure" says aqua terminal will be built-in. I also tried compiling by hand and tried to set -DDEFAULTTERM=\\"aqua\\" in the ebuild. It does compile and see the CFLAG but gnuplot still does not find aqua.
Macports can get the aqua support in gnuplot, I checked the portfile and it does not seem to contain anything special, nothing more or less than the ebuild with the DEFAULTTERM flag, so I don't know what to do...
I also tried setting the AQUATERM_PATH variable, although, as I said, configure finds aqualib all right.
I would rather replace macports with portage, which I like better, but without gnuplot and octave, I cannot do much... _________________ Compress portage tree
