Undelivered Mail Returned to root

I have a virtual multi-domain mail system (postfix). john@haha.com sends email to sara@somewhere.net. Sara's mail is full and when mail is undelivered the response is sended not to john@haha.com, but to root mail. Why? Where to change that? And any other mail error are reported to root mail. No alias is made like hostmaster@haha.com > root@my-mail.ltd
