Hey there,

has anyone got FoxIt ( http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/desklinux/ ) working? It segfaults for me as soon as I try to open a pdf file.
Does anyone know a solution?

Use epdfview?

(I didn't say that it was a good solution... :D)

Edit: Try running ldd on the binary and see if it requires any libraries that you are missing.

Edit2: left out the word, "libraries", ...

/lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0xb7f0c000)

It seems I have everything, I don't have qt though, which was suggested by a foxit team member (?) (I had it, but it didn't change anything), I also posted in the foxit forums, where I posted a backtrace (if you can call it that without debug symbols :D) http://www.foxitsoftware.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=5796

And what I would like to know if I am more the exception or the rule, is it working for anyone? It is just a little binary, if anyone could test it .. :)
