Hi!!! i tried to install alexandria but i get the followin error:

/usr/bin/alexandria:6:in `require': no such file to load -- gettext (LoadError)
from /usr/bin/alexandria:6
|
Does anyone have any idea ho i can solve this problem???

First do this, even if it is already installed:

emerge ruby-gettext
|
Then locate "gettext.rb" which on my system is in:

/usr/lib64/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/gettext-1.10.0/lib/gettext.rb
|
Change to that directory

cd /usr/lib64/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/gettext-1.10.0/lib/
|
then do:

As user I did
cd /usr/lib64/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/gettext-1.91.0/lib
ruby gettext.rb

Can't load hpricot, hence provider Amazon not available
