Where can I get a gentoo linux logo for boot?

Hello,

I'm looking for a nice Gentoo logo (The blue/silver G as in the forums here would be nice) to display at bootup instead of tux. But I cannont find any site which offers some boot logos (I only found one site containing several kinds of tux logos). Where can I get one?

And is there a way to change the font size which is displayed at bootup? I'm using 1024x768, but the font is still very huge (in the consoles too).
