Hi,
I have a problem to display jpeg or actually any picture files in nautilus. Also I cannot change my wallpaper to any other picture from my picture library. I 'm using gnome, and installed it by #emerge gnome. Here is my #emerge -info

I think you don´t have "jpg" in your USE flags.
Add it to /etc/make.conf and then try to reemerge "imlib2" & "gtk+".
This fixed my jpg problems in the current 2008 beta 2 box. |
