When I try to bring up my bnep0 interface I get a bunch of errors on this system. Here is what I get:
Code: | /etc/init.d/net.bnep0 start
* Service net.bnep0 starting
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Cannot assign requested address
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Cannot assign requested address
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Cannot assign requested address
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Cannot assign requested address
Configuration not set for bnep0 - assuming DHCP
err, bnep0: ioctl SIOCSIFFLAGS: Cannot assign requested address [ !! ]
* ERROR: net.bnep0 failed to start
|
It works fine on my other machine.....did I miss something in the kernel config? |

hehe, maybe you are assigning the same ip adress the other one have, that's why it can't assign it, already in use. |
