Code:

VFS: Cannot open root device "sda3" or unknown-block(0,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option; here are the available partitions:
0300     3924640 hda driver: ide-cdrom
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

I use grub's console use root (hd0, 2), I can find the partition.

Anyone know how to fix this ? Thanks.

it seems you are missing the SATA/SCSI driver for your card... it can't find your harddrive.

this will be in your kernel - make sure it's in-kernel, not a module.
