happen because you didn't use the xulrunner flag.
so
1/ set xulrunner flag in make.conf
2/ emerge --newuse world |

I had the same problem with FF3 on ~amd64.
I followed https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219444 and edited /usr/bin/firefox to
Code: |
#!/bin/sh
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=""
exec /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/firefox-bin "$@"
|
The bug seemed unrelated to my problems, but it worked! |
