According to the official documentation imagemagick can do the liquid-rescale. http://www.imagemagick.org/script/command-line-options.php#liquid-rescale Run the command gives: convert: delegate library support not built-in `top.jpg' (LQR). How can I enable this function, which USE flag? My version is media-gfx/imagemagick-6.3.8.3-r1. Thanks!
