Hello,

Is there a HPPA linux kernel that I can download and compile? If So where is it. Is there one on the Live CD?

Hi,

I meant without using emerge...I am trying to compile an HPPA kernal on a different machine. My Pa Risc is slow and my x86 is lightning fast. Takes 3 hours on my Pa-Risc machine only 10mins on my x86.

I would like to get the kernel from the CD or actually download it ftp or http:

Is this possible and do you know where I could get it?

Just download the standard Linux kernel from http://kernel.org.
