Time: Jiffies Clocksource has been Installed

Hello,

I finally have a successfull compile and boot on my Pa-Risc. However as it is booting It stops and hangs on the message

"Time: Jiffies Clocksource has been Installed"

Does anyone know What this means or how I can work around it so that the machine will complete booting?

Try this bug on SuSE. See if you can change the clock source.
