[SOLVED] Midnight Commander key combo for dialog history

There are some dialog boxes in Midnight Commander (mc) that have a [^] at the end of the input line, for viewing previous entries that were typed in. One such dialog box is the Quick CD one (Alt-c). The problem I have is I don't know how to open this history list without clicking on the [^] with the mouse. I want to be able to do it with the keyboard.
