welche Pakete braucht man wirklich
compiz, compiz-fusion, emerald?
Habe eigentlich nur das ccsm Paket für nützlich befunden?
Was sagt Ihr?

compiz-fusion ist ein sog. Meta-Paket. Es installiert selbst nichts, zieht aber als Abhängigkeit alles Wichtige mit, was du für eine vollständige Compiz-Fusion Installation brauchst. Dazu gehören unter anderem compiz (der "Kern" sozusagen) und die compiz-fusion-plugins Pakete. Und natürlich noch ccsm, mit dem du alles komfortabel einstellen kannst.
Mit einem emerge compiz-fusion wird alles installiert, was du brauchst. |
