I am using urxvt. I want to make it where it is borderless. If I make it borderless, then I am supposed to click on the middle mouse button to drag it around. The only problem is that I use compiz-fusion and I already have the middle mouse buttom used for a different purpose. Is there a way for me to change this key/mouse bind in urxvt?

This should be handled by compiz-fusion in the CompizConfiguration Manager under
Window Management --> Move Window --> actions.
You can set the key sequence to initiate the move and key-mouse button combo as well.

I have a similar issue. I want to use mutt with urxvt and there are some incompatible key-bindings. For example, in urxvt C-s is assign to something, and it is incompatible with a macro I defined in mutt. Yes, I can change the macro :P Nevertheless, I am afraid other key bindings interact with mutt key bindings.

Questions:
1.- Is there any way of telling urxvt to run without key bindings?
2.- Is there any way to know which are the default key bindings in urxvt?
3.- I would like to have general urxvt settings and specific settings when using mutt. urxvt configuration is kept in .Xdefaults (or .Xresources). Is any possibility of having multiple configuration files? (Ups..., I have just found the -name option..., going to try...)

Thanks for the attention!
