i've installed XRDP(added use=server for vnc) on my KDE System and i can login with rdesktop local. Everything works fine.
i opened the rdp client on my windows xp(I can connect to other remote computer, no firewall), then i get the message: protocol error.
i've no messages on my gentoo.
did have anybody an idea whats wrong? Security perhaps? I don't know!
how can i connect with my windows xp to my genoot kde system?
thx

Bump for the same problem!
Edit: well, I cannot access to XRDP by Win Vista or Win XP on two different real machines, but it works if I use a virtual machine (WinXP) on Vista as host system!
And I can access to XRDP installed on another virtual machine (Gentoo based too, the first one is a real machine) by Win Vista bundled client! |
