Hallo,
ich versuche gerade eine Bootfähige DVD herzustellen, was mir aber nicht gelingt.
Ich habe ein Image (~30MB) das ich auf eine 8-cm DVD-RW brennen möchte. Wenn ich es auf eine CD brenne, funktioniert es wie erwartet.
Wenn ich es auf eine DVD brenne, startet grub nicht von der DVD. ich bekomme nur einen blinkenden Cursor und wenn ich die DVD herausnehme startet der Rechner von der HD.
Das Image erstelle ich mit mkisofs.
Zum brennen habe ich k3B verwendet.
Wisst ihr was ich falsch mache? |

| Hab die DVD heute mal in anderen Rechnern ausprobiert und welche gefunden wo die DVD funktioniert. Scheinbar haben viele Laufwerke Probleme mit DVD-RWs. |
