"Waiting for uevents to be processed" too long

When booting, the check "Wainting for uevents to be processed" takes a very long time. And that, to the right of it, [!!] appears instead of [ok]. What does it mean? What should I do?

Maybe it helps you? I have not fully understood the udev stuff yet.
