Domino 5.0.11 http will not start, problem with glibc 2.3.2

Hy,

since updating from old glibc to glibc 2.3.2 my http task within domino 5.0.11 will not start any more.

The http task is initializing all the time. If i kill the http task, the whole server crashes. Unfortunatly i can't rollback to glibc 2.2.5, because the old glibc won't compile anymore.

So, any Idea, why the http task is not starting any more?
I saw some people meantioning problems with Domino 6 and glibc.


IMPORTANT: This is not the "domino java installation" issue. Because the server worked fine before.

Hi,

I've done one remark in "server" script. Find those:

# Set variable to work around issue with memory stack in glibc 2.2
# which Java cannot handle - once it can, then disable this
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5

And remark this export. After that, my Domino has started
