Having trouble emerging Gramps 3.0.1-r1. Below is the output of portage...

Quote:

* gramps-3.0.1.tar.gz RMD160 SHA1 SHA256 size ;-) ... [ ok ]
* checking ebuild checksums ;-) ... [ ok ]
* checking auxfile checksums ;-) ... [ ok ]
* checking miscfile checksums ;-) ... [ ok ]
* checking gramps-3.0.1.tar.gz ;-) ... [ ok ]
* You need to install python with Berkely Database support.
* Add 'dev-lang/python berkdb' to /etc/portage/package.use
* and then re-emerge python.
*
* ERROR: app-misc/gramps-3.0.1-r1 failed.
* Call stack:
* ebuild.sh, line 49: Called pkg_setup
* gramps-3.0.1-r1.ebuild, line 36: Called die
* The specific snippet of code:
* die "berkdb support missing from Gnome"
* The die message:
* berkdb support missing from Gnome
*
* If you need support, post the topmost build error, and the call stack if relevant.
* A complete build log is located at '/var/tmp/portage/app-misc/gramps-3.0.1-r1/temp/build.log'.
* The ebuild environment file is located at '/var/tmp/portage/app-misc/gramps-3.0.1-r1/temp/die.env'.

Wierd thing is that I have berkdb enabled and python is compiled with berkdb support. Just in case, I reemerged python with berkdb support and I emerged from scratch (-e). No dice...still getting the error.

I don't have Gnome fully installed on this system and I am using the "-gnome" USE flag. But I have python installed with berkdb support. I don't want Gnome.

Thoughts?

I have not yet been able to figure this out. Does anyone have any thoughts?
