Any Ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi, can you post your emerge --info.
Also, I'm not sure, but maybe since it's a testing version, there is a bug inside the ebuild.
It's weird : die "Cannot find \$EPATCH_SOURCE!"; |

Also, this might be of use (only the last 10 lines perhaps) : /var/tmp/portage/sys-cluster/heartbeat-2.1.3-r5/temp/build.log
By the way, it seems like a part of the distfile was not correctly downloaded, so perhaps make some cleaning, redownload the packages, and try to re-emerge. _________________ | Intel Core i7 920. | Intel DX58SO Extreme. |

In fact, retry that and post the result. |

Code: | * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE! Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
*
* /usr/local/portage/sys-cluster/heartbeat/files/heartbeat-2.1.3-nocrm-dopd.patch
* ( heartbeat-2.1.3-nocrm-dopd.patch )
|
The error is evident: the patch can't be found on the said path. You seem to be using some custom overlay, because heartbeat-2.1.3 is not in portage. So, either complain to the maintainer of the overlay, put the patch yourself on the files/ directory, or edit conveniently the ebuild if there's an older version of the patch that will still work with the new version of heartbeat.
Case closed. |

Moved from Other Things Gentoo to Unsupported Software.
Not part of portage. |
