|
|
I use "tar -cvpjf /media/bak/systembackup/ghost/gentoo/backup.tar.bz2 --exclude=/proc --exclude=/lost+found --exclude=/media --exclude=/home --exclude=/mnt --exclude=/sys /" to backup system to a ntfs partition.
But in the middle of the process, it always halts (dead). so I need shut off the power and restart.
So now I can not use tar to backup system.
How to fix it?
thanks |

What happens when you will do backup to the same partition? Ofcourse if there is enough space. Maybe ntfs got some problem. |
