Jagged Fonts in KDE 4.1.2

Hi,
I've just installed KDE 4.1.2 and I love it, apart from that the majority of fonts appear jagged and Windowsesque, How can I fix this?
You will notice that in Konsole and Konqueror the fonts are fine.

Select "Adjust All Fonts", check the Font box, and select "Nimbus Sans L" or something instead of Sans Serif. Also check that font anti-aliasing is enabled on the same page.
