Ok so I'm wondering how allow users to access a cd/dvd? Groups says the usr is already in the video group...
I'm confused
Note: it says my cd Writer is Unmounted as well -I'm using KDE the usr is also part of the plugdev group
-It seems to only happen with application type cds/dvds media(video or sound) can be accessed with less trouble (through other programs not directly)
Update: can be accessed with no problem after mounted by root, is there a way to do this automatically? |

add "user" to the options field of the mountpoint in /etc/fstab.
