Hello all!

I am making a fresh gentoo install. I am begining a linux graphics programmer (with DirectFB) so low-res modes get stretched, blurry, and just ignoring their ratio, because this Macbook insists in scaling them to full screen.
Well, since I am using rEFIt to install Gentoo, how can I disable screen stretching? BIOS-based pc's usually have an option to acomplish this, but...how can I disable it with the EFI shell or similar?? Thanks!
