# ls /etc/runlevels/default
local net.eth0 netmount syslog-ng
1.In /etc/conf.d/,both the local.start and local.stop are empty.
Can I get rid of local by "rc-update del local"?
2.I don't need to mount nfs.Can I get rid of netmount by "rc-update del netmount"?
I just want to make a faster and more clean startup. _________________ Gentoo(~x86)+fvwm && Debian+gnome

deleting netmount should be fine. you can delete local if you want to, but if the script is empty starting it is basically a no-op anyway... _________________ Saving the world, one kilobyte at a time. |
