Does anyone knows about any compressed filesystem? Mountable like loop? Heard about cloop, but how can i use it in getnoo? thanx in advance. |

hi,
the only one I know of is e2compr, a project discontinued long ago...
http://sourceforge.net/projects/e2compr/
However this will not work with any journalling filesystem (ext3 etc.)...

I found this one too, but it is quite old... and i would prefer something for new kernels (2.6).
Seems hopeless
what about using ntfs with write support? ;o) |

hi,
if you want to reinstall windows everytime you write on this partition? just go ahead...
have a look at the search for "ntfs", quite funny...
