mm-sources and hisax driver

Is anyone here successfully using the hisax driver with the latest (2.6.0-test2-mm2, ATM) mm-sources? It now seems to compile, but strange things happen when loading it, such as hard lockups or simply a failure to create the /dev/isdnctrl device no matter what protocol is specified when loading. I can't find anything on this with google, either.
Frustratingly, I can run the newest mm-sources on my production server at work, but not at home, due to this one driver failing to co-operate!
