Ati-drivers requires support for pci_find_slot

I know there has been more than one bugreport on this subject, but I've read them, and I'm not sure how to fix the issue. There is nothing close to pci_find_slot in my .config (2.6.27-gentoo-r5). Can somebody help me or direct me to a fix?
