Hi,
I have just terminated my installation, but at reboot I notice that the /dev/md1 device does not get unmounted properly. This worries me a lot, because it is the "/" device, it contains my system, and is a software raid0 array.
Is there any way to unmount it properly at shutdown/reboot? I fear that the array will get damaged in time if I dont find a solution quickly...
FYI : the other arrays (/dev/md0 and /dev/md2, for my data and media files) get unmounted without problems at reboot.
Thanks,

Magnum_,
It should be synched and remounted read only. Thats OK.
It cannoy be unmounted as just prior to shutdown, its still in use. _________________ Regards,

So I shouldn't be too worried about the message and just leave it be? |

Magnum_,
Well, I get a message saying that my raid0 root has been remounted read only just before the machine powers off.
So I can say that it works for me _________________ Regards,

OK, good enough for me, it reads the same message before I shutdown as well. |
