Blown it a fourth time? Biostar MOBO networking....

I've got a Biostar M7NCD Pro MOBO. When the Live-CD loads, it loads a module called nvnet. Can't find anything in the kernel config that comes close. Built the system with gentoo-sources, booted it up. Now I don't seem to have networking. This about my fourth time building this system, I think I'd have to give up if I had to do it over AGAIN.... (blew the bootloader setup the first couple of times, missed something really important in the kernel config the thrid time around...)

Can someone help me out here ?

Q.) Where do I find the nvnet module
Q.) How do I get it built? (Don't have network on this system now.)
