Wired network not working. [RESOLVED]

Even with the I.P. address set and everything it doesn't work. And when I pop Ubuntu in, it doesn't work either! It is behind a router. It was working yesterday, and I didn't really do much, and it stopped. I updated, but it should still work in Ubuntu regardless of that. Any ideas?

For some incredibly evil reason which only could've been orchestrated by Microsoft, the ethernet port I was using broke and I had to use the other one!
