In an attempt at cutting boot time, I started experimenting with my init-scripts. Not very clever, but I wanted to learn some stuff ;)
Now I get these error messages when I'm starting. As far as I can tell, everything is still working, but hey, they're ugly on my shiny gentoo box :P

What did I do? And what do I do to fix it?
Oh, btw. AFAIK, and inits are back to pre-experimentation state.

Does your /tmp directory still exist? Is it readable and writable?

I think it looks ok.
Code:
April / # ls / -l | grep tmp
drwxrwxrwt  10 root root  4096 Jan 10 16:23 tmp

Not sure if it's supposed to be 777, but it doesn't seem completely unreasonable to have on a tmp, so I'm leaving it, until someone suggests something different. :)

This seems to be related to my use of sreadahead

Related thread -> https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-716817-highlight-.html

Updating the sread list removed most of them, and I can probably remove the rest manually.
