i'm using vmware to install win2k. i have a mostly empty 12gb harddrive that i'd like to install it on (hda1) and gentoo root is on hdb3. after the first part of setup finishes, it says that setup determined that my hard drive is new or has been erased, or that it has an os that is incompatible with win2k. i can continue setup or quit, it says i may lose all data if i continue. my question is, if i continue will i be able to select where it gets installed, therefore not losing gentoo and selecting to install it to hda1? thanks in advance. |
