VirtualBox 2.1 recompile modules fails

I am using VirtualBox 2.1 i just update gentoo-sources to 2.6.27-gentoo-r8 and when i try to recompile the module /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup i get this

Could you post more of the output from the ebuild?

BTW, if you are not using an ebuild for this I have one in my overlay:
