so i was gawking at the alienware laptops that you can get with a standard desktop pentium 4. and i thought to myself, self there has to be a reason that folks dont do that with amd chips. it would just be really cool to get a high end amd chip in a laptop i think.
does anyone know why that may be. i know that there are a few laptops out there with amd processors in em, but they seem to be few and far between.
also, if you are running an amd laptop, post it here, cause i'm curious as to whats out there. |

I think there are quite a few out there. I have a Sony Vaio PCG-FXA53,
with and Athlon XP 1500+. It's pretty slick. |
