I am looking for the following options in menuconfig but I can not find them:

Under "Pseudo filesystems (via "File systems")
[ ] /dev file system support (EXPERIMENTAL)
[*] /dev/pts Extended Attributes
[*] /dev/pts Security Labels
[*] Virtual memory file system support (former shm fs)
[*] tmpfs Extended Attributes
[*] tmpfs Security Labels
Under "Security options"
[*] Enable different security models
[*] Socket and Networking Security Hooks
<*> Default Linux Capabilities
[*] NSA SELinux Support
[ ] NSA SELinux boot parameter
[ ] NSA SELinux runtime disable
[*] NSA SELinux Development Support
[ ] NSA SELinux AVC Statistics
(1) NSA SELinux checkreqprot default value
[ ] NSA SELinux enable new secmark network controls by default
[ ] NSA SELinux maximum supported policy format version

SELinux does appear to be listed |

Strange... I did a make and then went back in to menuconfig and the option is there. Maybe I checked something that enabled the option to become visible. _________________ Registered Linux User: 437619

Afaik "General->Auditing support" is now needed, stumbled across that some days ago :/ |
