Hi All,
I hope this is the right place for this topic, feel free it move it if it isn't.
My phone is able to print something on bluetooth printers. However, i don't have one. I trying to figure out if cups/bluez can act as a bluetooth printer server. So my phone should see my Gentoo system as a printer, and cups handles further printing (which is on an already configured wired-network printer). So far i only found a way for cups to use bluetooth enabled printers, which is the opposite of what i want
Any clues ?
Best regards,

I don't have an answer yet, but i did find out that this requires implementation of the bluetooth Basic Printing Profile (BPP) which is currently not available in cups or bluez. More info can be found here: http://www.bluetooth.com/Bluetooth/Technology/Works/BPP.htm
If anyone has more info please let me know. _________________ The gentoo way of bringing peace to the world:
