Where can I download the gentoo kernel?

I want to downoad the kernel image containing the patches for Uvesafb and fbcondecor.
I would likt to download it and complie it for my debian system.

What you want is the gentoo-patches tarball (see http://dev.gentoo.org/~dsd/genpatches). You'll have to apply the patches to the kernel sources manually. Or you can emerge gentoo-sources on a gentoo system and pack the resulting directory in /usr/src and move that to your debian system to compile a kernel there.
