|

Hi,
I've got nVidia nForce2 motherboard with integrated NIC. The nVidia supplied drivers work only with 2.4 kernels and I cannot boot any kind of 2.4 series kernel because it hangs just after decompressing kernel. 2.6 kernels work just fine, but I can't find a suitable NIC driver. I've tried sis900 driver that should work with rtl8201 and all Realtek drivers.
Any help?
Thanks for advance. |

I don't have any experience with the 2.6.x kernels but you might find something over at the linux board at nforcershq.com.

Thanks for your help!
Applying a patch to the drivers and putting pci=noacpi to the kernel parameters helped. |
