me freut sich gerade, gnome und xfree laufen, aber ich habe ein paar fragen:


-muss ich das nvidia modul jetzt immer per hand laden?
-mein gnome will keinen webbrowser starten wenn ich oben in die adressezeile www.blablabalb.de eingebe
-mein nvidia logo kommt beim start von x nicht, liegt wohl daran das ich den abschnitt nicht blicke(besonders das fette):

nein, der Eintrag "nvidia" in /etc/modules.autoload macht das für dich

Ansonsten mal die Suchfunktion dieses Forums benutzen oder RTFM ;)
Die Installation der Nvidia Treiber ist dokumentiert und zu USB Mäuschen sollte sich hier auch noch was finden lassen.

nur das mausrad will noch nicht:/

ich probier gleich was, aber wenn mir jemand sagt wie er seine mx500 am usb mit mausrad zum laufen bekommen hat, sagen :)

Das ExplorerPS/2-Protokoll sollte
seinen Dienst verrichten.
Und wegen der Daumen-Tasten-Frage,
die Du als naechstes stellst,
schaust Du dich mal nach xmodmap um.

das is wurscht, es geht nicht um den anschluss, sondern das protokoll, welches halt mal ps/2 im namen hat. /dev/usbmouse kannst natuerlich stehen lassen.


ausschnitt aus meiner config, selbe maus:

Option "Device" "/dev/usbmouse"

Option "Buttons" "7"

danach sind allerdings deine seitlichen tasten das mausrad. ein

, und schon stimmts wieder (jedenfalls bis zum naechsten x-restart)
