how to get usb printer to work?
i have followed USB-HOWTO, PRINTER HOWTO that i found,but no luck
at boot time it found's 2 hubs, i added ppd file that i found to cups/model dir
and added printer with lpadmin
but when i try to print i got error /dev/usb/lp0 not found, it's there(added with mknod)
i have hp deskjet 845c.
ps.does gimp-print-cups add any print drivers? i didn't found any new drivers when i installed it |

forgot to put usb devfs in kernel
now it work's |
