Hi,
I'm considering installing Gentoo but I've been having trouble connecting to my wireless network on linux (exept on ubuntu), today I discovered that the driver I needed was the Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA driver (which is included in ubuntu 8.10, that's why it worked) and I wanted to know whether this driver was included in the x86_64 live CD, i.e. if I'm going to be able to install gentoo using my wireless connection.

| I don't recall whether the last live cd was able to plumb up the broadcom in my hp laptop, but I sincerely doubt it. Maybe this years model will be able to handle it whenever it comes out. |
