|
|
I have tested it with the following kernels:
Code: |
gentoo-sources-2.6.29-r1
gentoo-sources-2.6.29
zen-sources-2.6.29-zen3
|
And I have the same problem with all of them. When I suspend to RAM from KDE, on resuming I do not recover my KDE session. In stead, I encounter the KDE login screen as somehow my KDE session gets logged out.
Code: |
xorg-server-1.6.0
xf86-video-intel-2.6.99.902
KDE-4.2.1

Look into 'Systemeinstellungen', 'Energieverwaltung' you might find something there (or might not.. ). _________________ Study finds stunning lack of racial, gender, and economic diversity among middle-class white males

Actually, sleep works well. The problem is that powerdevil is supposed to go to sleep when laptop is on battery power and the laptop lid is cloed. However, when I close the laptop lid the system goes to sleep, however it also ends the current KDE session and logs out - which is definitely not the point of sleep. _________________ Who shall guard the guards? |
