evdev and synaptics - twitching cursor [solved]

Hi,
Just upgraded my X server. Things mostly seem fine, but I'm pretty unhappy with how the touchpad is responding. The cursor seems to twitch if you're trying to hold it in one place. Anyone else getting this? Or have a solution? I have a Dell Inspiron 1520.

Looks like emerging xf86-input-synaptics fixes this.
