I just modded my case yesterday (painted it black, no big deal). When I put back all of my computer's guts, I switched re-arranged some of the cards, to have optimum air flow for my graphics card. Then Linux wouldn't communicate through my netcard. In other words, eth0 didn't work.

I'm thinking this might have something to do with some kind of fixed hardware address in a configuration file somewhere.

Suggestions?
