System remebers old network card

Hi, I have succesfully ported installed system to my new computer. Anything seems to works ok. My problem is so sytem still somehow remembers network card from my old computer as eth0. In order to get my new card (onboard) to work I had to add net.eth1 symlink to init.d. What should I do, to get my onboard card to work as eth0? Thx.

remove the rules from /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
