|

http://packages.gentoo.org/package/sys-kernel/vanilla-sources lists the various platforms.
There is no column for the Advanced RISC Machine ("arm").
I've used a build of kernel 2.6.30_rc1 based upon the helpful instructions in the forum posting at https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-749438-highlight-sheevaplug.html.
I understand that the arm platform became integrated in 2.6.30_rc1.
I'm wondering why the arm platform is not listed in the vanilla-sources table. Is it because it is among many less popular platforms which do not warrant tracking on that page, or is the page automatically generated from what is in portage and the generation script has not been updated to include/isolate the recently introduced arm platform? |

Use "E" on the right side to show "exotic" arches. |
