Visualizzazione rapida di immagini

ciao, volevo visualizzare rapidamente delle immagini con un software (quale? ve lo chiedo)
premesso che le anteprime le vedo e che ogni tanto andrei comodo a usare konqueror per la velocità, andrei pero' comodo anche che quando apro una finestra la foto si adatti all'altezza o alla larghezza della finestra.

Qualche consiglio per me ?

Su KDE io uso gwenview e mi trovo più che bene

aggiungo gthumb, ma è più un browser d'immagini, forse non esattamente quello che cerchi. (basato su GTK)
